(C) Solve Problems Faster With Strategy Theories

CONTENT

Solve Problems Faster With Strategy Theories" explains the theoretical premise behind some key strategy concepts, and details the practical benefits each offers in helping you tackle your strategic issues of concern.

The theories we’ll cover in our 2 hours together include BCG’s Share Growth matrix, Porter's 5 Forces, Kim's Happy Line, Index's Value Disciplines, Prahalad & Hamel's Strategic Intent & Core Competencies  and Ries' Lean Start-Up.

The objective of this webinar is to give you the ability to solve any kind of business problem much faster, by standing on the shoulders of business giants. Don't become a disciple of a single unique model when you can ask all of them at once for their answer instead - and you decide which answer you like best!

Whether you currently work in corporate strategy or consulting, manage a big marketing budget, contribute to corporate finance decisions, pursue several business development initiatives, or run a business unit or your own venture, all the Instigate Group webinars are designed to help you tackle at speed the complex problems you face.

This webinar (C) is aimed at anyone who needs to solve business problems quite regularly, and come up with a range of intelligent options before deciding what to do next – whether that be strategy formulation, functional optimisation, business unit marketing plans, etc.
