(B) Problem Framing & Story-Telling

Times.png

Content

"Problem Framing & Story-Telling" focuses on the two sides of the same coin: what is the inherent structure of the issue at hand? And how do I best communicate & share my recommended solution?

We'll cover in our 2 hours together all 4 logic trees (OR Trees, Mind Maps, Dupont, Minto). You'll get to understand the upside of each tree, the possible pitfalls, and how to use which one when.

The objective of this webinar is to equip you with the ability to take apart any issue you face, and re-assemble it back again. Framing the problem, solving the problem, and living to tell the story will become as natural as bicycle riding for you.

Whether you currently work in corporate strategy or consulting, manage a big marketing budget, contribute to corporate finance decisions, pursue several business development initiatives, or run a business unit or your own venture, all the Instigate Group webinars are designed to help you tackle at speed the complex problems you face.

This webinar (B) is aimed at anyone who needs to solve business problems quite regularly, and come up with a range of intelligent options before deciding what to do next – whether that be strategy formulation, functional optimisation, business unit marketing plans, etc.
